Confession Bourbon
We have a Confession to make – we didn’t make this bourbon. While we never intended to bottle and sell bourbon we didn’t craft, the need to slow the run on our aging inventory overruled our sense of moral authority in this space. And, as such, the first Chapter of our Confession was appropriately named, “Original Sin.” The process of bringing confession to life was more fun than we anticipated so stay tuned for more chapters in this tell-all story where you can expect transparency and premium brown liquid. As we take this journey together, we promise its conclusion to end in penance.

David and Sonya with their 5 children and 2 daughter in laws, know a little something about good conversation, better food, and amazing satisfaction. That's why the opened Kelley's Tavern & Grill. The family is all about the dining experience and making sure all guests have an amazing dining experience. "This new restaurant was something to leave for my kids. They know how to run it and giving this to them will make sure they have a name for themselves and be something to pass on to their kids after we are gone" says owner David Kelley when asked about the reasoning for opening Kelley's. Our Favorite Cocktail - Pear Pressure
This Pear Martini is a crisp, refreshing and delicately sweet cocktail that celebrates the flavors of spring. Perfect as an aperitif to get the evening started off right.
Ingredients: 2.0 oz Burnt Church Pear Vodka, 1.0 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, 1.0 oz lemon juice.
Combine all into a shaker with ice. Hard shake 20 seconds. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with a sugar rim.
