Tarquin's Blood Orange Gin
This sumptuous fruit-flavored gin is infused with blood orange, summer fruits and aromatic gentian root for a distinct herbal bitterness. To create Tarquin’s Blood Orange Gin, the process of distilling is started with the flagship Tarquin’s Cornish Dry Gin and a subtle twist: the addition of Gentian Root. They macerate these 12 hand-selected botanicals overnight before adding violets in the morning and firing up the stills. They collect only the purest ‘heart of the distillation’, collecting and setting aside the ‘heads’ and ‘tails’ cuts is lovingly infused with the most brilliant blood orange and fresh pressed summer fruits. Finally they cut the gin with de-mineralized Cornish spring water to bring it down to the desired 38% ABV. When complete, it makes absolutely delicious cocktails!

Our Favorite Cocktail - The Cucumber Martini
1920's take on the cucumber martini is a refreshing and sophisticated twist on the classic cocktail. This exquisite libation seamlessly combines the cool essence of fresh cucumbers with the smooth allure of burnt church cucumber vodka, creating a drink that tantalizes the taste buds and refreshes the senses.
Ingredients: 2.0 oz Burnt Church Cucumber Vodka, 1.0 oz Lime Juice, 1.0 oz Simple Syrup.
Combine all into a shaker with ice. Hard shake 20 seconds. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
