Whitley Neill Connoisseur's Cut
Inspired by London, Johnny Neill has focused and refined the most beautiful of Traditional London Dry Gins, letting the rich juniper and citrus notes hero. This Connoisseur’s Cut Gin is paying homage to the Whitley Neill family and its distilling beginnings. Bottled at a higher ABV of 47% to ensure all botanicals shine and carefully cutting the gin at precisely the right point, this is an exceptional gin to add to the Whitley Neill range.

Zyr Vodka (Now Made in America)
The ZYR recipe is velvety smooth with a clean, fresh and slightly sweet finish. Like many of the world's other closely guarded formulas, ZYR is the result of select ingredients, recipe, process, controls and tradition. It combines a blend of organic winter wheat & rye, harvested at Janie's Farm in Danforth, IL., water sourced from the nearby Sankoty Aquifer and then run through Reverse Osmosis filters. The ZYR team worked closely with owner & head distiller of Black Band Distillery to replicate the original ZYR formula on his 5,000 liter hybrid still, flowing through extensive carbon and polishing filters to round out the flavor and brighten the final product.

Puncher's Chance - The Unified Belt
With barrels sourced by IJW Whiskey Company of Louisville, KY and crafted by Master Blender Steven Hughes, THE UNIFIED BELT is the first cross-category whiskey blend. First into the ring is a four-year-old high-rye base Kentucky Straight Bourbon distilled with a proprietary yeast and aged to four years in barrels featuring a #4 alligator char aged at a traditional rickhouse in Danville, KY; the mash bill being 70% corn, 20% rye, 10% malt. That is married to a four year old Irish Whiskey crafted from 100% malted barley and proprietary yeast, then aged in former Bourbon barrels in a palletized warehouse in Ireland. To add further complexity and depth, a third cask joins the lineup, this being a 14-year-old Bourbon finished in first-fill Pedro Ximenez and Olorosso Sherry casks for up to 15 months. The mash bill of this precious liquid is 84% corn, 8% rye and 10% malt.

Our Favorite Cocktail - The Dirty Derby
This cocktail is a celebration of bold flavors and balanced proportions. The star of the show is the Puncher's Chance Whiskey, a 2.0-ounce pour that brings depth and character to every sip. Its rich, oaky notes dance seamlessly with the refreshing dose of grapefruit juice, adding a citrusy brightness and a touch of agave syrup that elevates the overall profile.
Ingredients: 2.0 oz Puncher's Chance Whiskey, 1.5 oz Grapefruit Juice, o.5 oz Agave Syrup.
Combine all into a shaker with ice. Hard shake 20 seconds. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with a delicate sugar rim.
